Под рыночной экономикой подразумевается ситуация, когда товары и услуги, которые потребитель может приобрести, доступны для приобретения при известных ценах (или, что равнозначно, доступны для торговли в обмен на другие товары при известных обменных курсах). — By a market economy, we mean a setting in which the goods and services that the consumer may acquire are available for purchase at known prices (or, equivalently, are available for trade for other goods at known rates of exchange).
